Showing Suite Software Was Recently Upgraded!
We are always improving Showing Suite by adding the features requested by the thousands of real estate agents using our software. Our goal is to continue helping real estate agents sell their listings faster and for more money and we have been working hard to build on the necessary partnerships to make that goal a reality.
Below are the most recent upgrades you can now enjoy as a Showing Suite subscriber:
Showing Sync
You can now receive email notifications whenever new showings are pulled from your lockbox and inserted into your HomeFeedback (or Foreclosure Feedback) account via Showing Sync. These notices can be sent to both you and your sellers, so be sure to set the desired preferences for Showing Sync email notices in your Showing Suite account.
To edit the Showing Sync email notice settings, login to your account and go to Settings => Feedback. Check whether you want to you or your sellers to receive a notice when a showing has been entered via Showing Sync and press Save.
SentriLock Users
In addition to email notices being added to Showing Sync, SentriLock lockbox users can now view the activity log on an assigned SentriLock lockbox by selecting ‘View SentriLock Log’ from the dropdown for a particular listing, or by clicking the ‘View SentriLock Log’ link when viewing the showings for a particular property.
Showing Calendar
A collection of image buttons have been added so you can have more than just a simple “Schedule a Showing” text link when adding Showing Calendar to your website or MLS listing details. Now you can choose between an assortment of both animated and static image buttons to add to your listings for scheduling.
Go to the Calendar Settings page for the listing of your choice and select the desired image from the Public Calendar URL Type dropdown menu. A preview of the selected image button will appear on the right and you can copy and paste the HTML code for the button in the “Public Calendar HTML Snippet” box.
Home Followup – Leadsync
Home Followup users can now use Leadsync to help with real estate lead generation from their existing website. Creating a Leadsync form for your website is easy thanks to the new Lead Sync wizard. Drag and drop the fields of information you want to capture to build your Leadsync form. Once you’ve added all of the fields you want, you can choose which campaigns you want the leads to be subscribed to when they fill out the form. Then copy and insert the Lead Sync HTML code on your website and you’re done!
Now whenever a visitor comes to your website and wishes to contact you from your company website they can fill out the Lead Sync form and automatically start receiving your email campaign.
Teams and Office Accounts
Have a team account but need to be moved under an office account? Not a problem. This may have been an issue in the 2.0 system, but it’s a thing of the past. Now any team account can be moved underneath an office account. Just contact customer support and we’ll take care of you.
Ultimate Desktop
Speaking of team and office accounts, team/office administrators and assistants using the Ultimate Desktop may have noticed a few slight changes.
Not only did we clean up the look and feel a bit, but we made it easier to page through lists of information. Additionally, you also may have noticed that we added the date to the details that popup when you hover over a showing entry.
