Agents can place a “Schedule a Showing” link on their website or in the listing’s MLS details so prospects can schedule showing appointments online. Confirmation emails will go out to the listing agent and the seller to allow them to confirm/deny the appointment. The listing agent and the seller can block times that the property is unavailable for showings. Reminder emails can be set to go out to the showing agent, the listing agent, and the seller before a showing takes place.
• With the HomeFeedback MLS software, agents can easily obtain showing feedback for their listings. After prospective buyers and their showing agents tour the property, HomeFeedback will send a series of feedback request emails to the showing agent to gather feedback for MLS agents and their sellers. Additional features like the e-blast allow listing agents to easily notify showing agents and their buyer’s of any listing changes.
• ShowingSync will import showing information from electronic lockboxes into HomeFeedback to follow-up for showing feedback. ShowingSync will query the lockbox twice a day to look for new showings and works with Supra or SentriLock lockboxes.
