As a matter of fact, I think the whole suite of Google tools is the best available ANYWHERE hands down. Google is making it's way into the social space with it's new GWave project. In the next couple of years you'll see how Google makes it's move from dominating search to dominating new media through aggregation. REALTORs should jump on board and embrace these tools, because in the future postcards and newspapers will be obsolete.
