Improve Real Estate Productivity and Get More Website Traffic
Many of Showing Suite real estate software users don’t utilize the simple yet very effective method to drive more traffic to their real estate website by adding a seller login. It’s free, takes just a couple minutes to setup, and everything you need is included in your Showing Suite account!
By adding a seller login to your real estate website, your sellers no longer have to go to HomeFeedback.com or ShowingSuite.com to view feedback on their properties. Just follow these steps to get setup:
- Go to your user settings to customize the login to match your real estate website colors and/or upload an agent photo to display on the login page.
- Select the seller link type of your choice – text link, image link (static or animated), or plain URL if you wish to frame it into your real estate website.
- Copy and paste the HTML code for the link type of your choice and place it on your real estate website. If you do not have access to add it yourself, forward the code to your webmaster to have it added.
Now you have created a seller portal for your clients to use in order to access their HomeFeedback account to view all of the feedback and other information you have gathered for their listing. This unique setup not only adds more functionality to your website and increases your website’s traffic, but also provides your sellers with transparent access to feedback and information regarding their listing directly through your real estate website.
