Monday Coffee Report: Showing Suite user will get an emailed report every Monday outlining the activity for the previous week.

Showing Report: The Showing Report that was available in HomeFeedback is now available in Showing Suite plans. Showing Suite users can see all listing activity including showing feedback for all listings during a specific time frame for the price range of their choice.

Showing Calendar

Some Showing Calendar features previously available in HomeFeedback.com were made available to Showing Suite’s Home Feedback plans:

• Monthly Calendar View.
• Pending Appointment View.
• Able to schedule showings via calendar.
• Option to send reminder emails.
• Option to send confirmation emails.
• Approval options available:
  • Seller only.
  • Neither party.

Home Feedback

Agents can now do the following from their version of the showing feedback non-response emails:

• Always send my current non-response email for this seller.
• Edit my current non response email and send to the seller.
• I want to try and contact them myself and send me this email again.
• Do not send a non-response email for this showing.
• Never send a non-response for this listing.

Home Followup

When editing a template in Home Followup, you now have the option to save your template as a new one to make various copies of your template without overwriting the original. This makes copying templates to use over and over for your real estate email campaigns a snap.

Safari users have the drop-down menus in the Followup tab fixed.

Seller Accounts

Seller online access to view showing feedback will be included in the Free Showing Suite Lite plans. Note that advertising will be posted on this free real estate software version including the seller pages.

Login links will work in seller emails even when the seller username/password is changed.

Spanish translation has been updated for seller accounts.
